Hubei Fengfa Glass Co., Ltd. was founded in 2000. The new factory was built in August 2018 and completed land leveling, factory construction, and equipment installation in just ten months. It was officially put into operation in May 2019. The company covers an area of over 100 acres, with a production and supporting area of over 30000 square meters and a total investment of 200 million yuan. Continuously investing in the "integration of two industries" transformation, four customized glass deep processing lines have been built. In 2021, the leading fully automatic production line in Central China was introduced, with a three fold increase in automation and production efficiency compared to traditional production lines. Strategic cooperation covers many well-known bathroom brands and first-line home furnishing brands, in addition to some large-scale real estate projects. The annual output value is 200 million yuan, with an average annual growth rate of over 20%. The company is equipped with advanced equipment such as cutting, edge grinding, waterjet, UV color spraying, and heavy-duty engraving. It adopts float glass technology and intelligent control system to enhance product performance through technologies such as tempering, laminating, and Low-E coating. The impact strength exceeds the national standard by three times and has obtained ISO/CE certification. We mainly promote tempered glass, gradient laminated glass, artistic glazed glass and other products, and provide OEM services for shower rooms, furniture factories, doors, windows and other manufacturers to meet personalized decoration needs. Establish a design department, engineering department, and hot/cold processing production line, with a team of professional technical personnel. Adhering to the design concept of "three-dimensional poetry, transparent painting", integrating artistic and functional elements, we create solutions for building curtain walls, home decoration, and more. At present, we are accelerating our international layout, deepening the research and development of green manufacturing technology, and planning to expand the European and American markets through optimizing the supply chain.
