To meet the customized glass demands of large-scale landmark buildings, rail transit systems, and high-end commercial projects in the Central China region, Hubei Fengfa Glass has completed a comprehensive upgrade of its intelligent deep processing production workshop. It has introduced fully automatic glass cutting lines, large-scale convection tempering equipment, high-pressure laminated glass production lines, and CNC irregular edge grinding systems, enabling fully automated and flexible production of all categories of artistic laminated glass, Low-E energy-saving insulating curtain wall glass, and ultra-white safety guardrail glass.
The upgraded production base can achieve precise processing at the millimeter level and can mass-produce large-sized curved curtain wall glass, multi-layer multi-layered shadowed artistic glass, and SGP high-strength explosion-proof special glass. It can control the raw material loss rate at an industry low level, and the batch delivery efficiency of large-scale engineering projects has increased by more than 35%. At the same time, the enterprise has established a full-process quality traceability system, from raw material storage, deep processing, performance testing to factory installation. Each batch of products can be traced back, strictly following national building glass safety standards, rail transit building materials specifications, and international high-end commercial decoration material requirements.
Relying on the upgrade of technical and production capacity, Fengfa Glass has broken through the local processing bottleneck of high-end artistic glass and large-scale curtain wall glass, and its business has radiated to multiple provinces in Central China, such as Hubei, Jiangxi, and Hunan.
