Ultra Clear Tempered Glass Sheet Customized Chemical Tempered For Hotel Home Bathroom Shower

A customized ultra clear tempered glass sheet for hotel, home and bathroom shower use. Low iron and highly transparent, it keeps a bathroom bright and lets the fixture design show through.

• Ultra clear low iron tempered glass

• Custom cut for shower and bathroom use

• High transparency with a neutral tone

• Chemical tempered for even strength

• Polished edges for a clean finish

• Produced to GB15763.2-2005 and CE standards

Ultra clear glass carries very little tint, so a shower screen almost disappears against the tiles. In a small bathroom that open look makes the room feel larger, and in a hotel it lets the finishes and fittings be the feature.

Every enclosure is a different size. We work from your dimensions, cut and polish the edges and drill for the fittings before tempering, so the screen arrives ready to install.

Shower glass meets water, heat and soap every day. Tempering lets the panel handle those temperature changes and gives the safety behaviour expected of bathroom glazing, with an edge finish that resists staining.

• Hotel and home shower screens

• Bathroom partitions

• Walk in enclosures

• Spa and wet room glazing

Send the enclosure sizes and fixing layout and we cut, polish and toughen to match, with holes drilled before tempering.

OEM and ODM are welcome. Send your brand, logo, dimensions, finish, packing and marking requirements and we produce to your specification under your own label.

Sheets are separated with cork or EPE pads and packed in fumigation free plywood cases suitable for long sea freight, so edges arrive clean and unmarked.

Mixed sizes and thicknesses can be loaded together in one 20ft container to reduce freight cost. Delivery is about 15 to 20 days after deposit is received, and we ship to your nominated port with packing lists and shipping documents for customs clearance.
