Customized Ultra Clear Tempered Glass Sheet 5mm Chemical Tempered For Building Furniture

A customized ultra clear tempered glass sheet in 5mm for building and furniture use. Low iron and highly transparent, it keeps shelves, panels and fittings bright and almost invisible.

• 5mm ultra clear low iron tempered glass

• Custom cut to your sizes and shapes

• High transparency with a neutral tone

• Chemical tempered for even strength

• Polished edges and cutouts on request

• Produced to GB15763.2-2005 and CE standards

Ultra clear glass is made from low iron material, so it carries very little green tint. On a shelf or a display surface the glass stops imposing its own colour on the product, and furniture reads brighter and truer than with standard clear glass.

Furniture and fittings rarely use stock sizes. We cut to your list and finish every edge so a shelf drops straight into its support and a cabinet door closes flush. Holes and cutouts are made before tempering so they hold full strength.

Shelf and table glass has to carry weight and take the odd knock without chipping. Tempering lifts the impact strength and keeps the surface serviceable, which is why it is the usual choice for retail and hospitality furniture.

• Furniture tops and shelving

• Cabinet doors and inserts

• Interior partitions

• Retail display and fittings
