Architectural glass is rarely a standard size. An elevation has its own grid, its own joint lines and its own fixing points, and a panel that does not match will leave gaps on site. We work from your drawings and return a cutting plan so every pane matches the detail before production begins.

That plan also becomes the quality reference. Once you approve it, each sheet is cut, processed and toughened against it, so what arrives matches what was drawn.

Float glass gives a clear, undistorted view and a flat, even surface. Tempering turns it into a safety glass that resists impact and thermal shock and, if it does break, breaks into small blunt pieces. The result is the clarity of float glass with the safety a building requires.

Every hole, notch and edge finish is completed on the glass before it goes into the tempering furnace. Tempered glass cannot be cut or drilled afterwards, so getting the details right first is what makes a clean installation possible. Tell us the fixing layout and we build it into the drawing.

Bow, roller wave, edge quality and fragmentation are measured against GB15763.2-2005, and inspection records can be supplied on request. Buyers who need to show compliance at handover get the paperwork with the glass.

Repeat projects are quoted from the original cutting plan, so a second building of the same design needs no fresh drawings. Lead time runs about 15 to 20 days from approval and deposit, and mixed sizes ship together to reduce freight.

Send your elevation drawings and size schedule and we return a cutting plan for approval. Edges, holes and cutouts are all processed before toughening so the finished panel is ready to install.

OEM and ODM are welcome. Send your brand, logo, dimensions, finish, packing and marking requirements and we produce to your specification under your own label.

Sheets are separated with cork or EPE pads and packed in fumigation free plywood cases suitable for long sea freight, so edges arrive clean and unmarked.

Mixed sizes and thicknesses can be loaded together in one 20ft container to reduce freight cost. Delivery is about 15 to 20 days after deposit is received, and we ship to your nominated port with packing lists and shipping documents for customs clearance.
