Reflective Toughened Glass Sheet 8mm-12mm PVB Interlayer Tempered For Curtain Wall Building

An 8mm to 12mm reflective toughened glass with a PVB interlayer for curtain walls. The reflective face cuts solar gain and glare, while the laminated build keeps the panel safe if it is damaged.

• Reflective toughened glass from 8mm to 12mm

• PVB interlayer for safety and sound control

• Reduces solar gain and daytime glare

• Tempered for wind and thermal resistance

• Cut to size for curtain wall systems

• Produced to GB15763.2-2005 and CE standards

Reflective glass cuts the sun before it reaches the room, which reduces cooling load and glare. Adding a PVB layer turns the same panel into a laminated unit that holds together if struck, so a high level facade keeps its reflective look without giving up safety.

Reflective coatings come in several tints, and the one chosen sets the character of the building. We supply samples so you can see how the coating reads against the sky and the neighbouring buildings, not just on a swatch.

• Commercial facades

• Office block windows

• Where privacy and solar control meet

Send the facade grid, orientation and target solar performance and we will propose the coating and build. Panels are produced to your drawing.

OEM and ODM are welcome. Send your brand, logo, dimensions, finish, packing and marking requirements and we produce to your specification under your own label.

Sheets are separated with cork or EPE pads and packed in fumigation free plywood cases suitable for long sea freight, so edges arrive clean and unmarked.
