Curved Tempered Glass 6mm-19mm Float Toughened High Class For Building Facade Curtain Wall

A curved tempered glass range from 6mm to 19mm for facades and interiors that need a bend. Float toughened and shape controlled, it follows your radius while keeping even thickness and tone across the curve.

• Curved tempered glass from 6mm to 19mm

• Float base glass for clarity and even tone

• Radius controlled to your drawing

• High class flatness across the curve

• Impact and thermal shock resistant

• Produced to GB15763.2-2005 and CE standards

Curved glass cannot be adjusted on site. If the radius is off, the panel will not seat in its frame and there is no way to bend it again. That is why we confirm the radius, chord and height against a template before a single sheet is toughened.

As thickness rises from 6mm to 19mm, the forces in the bend increase and the tolerance window narrows. We adjust the forming cycle for each gauge so a 19mm panel curves as cleanly as a 6mm one, with the same visual clarity across the arc.

Most curved projects also need flat glass on the straight runs. We quote and produce both from the same base glass so the tint, thickness and edge finish match where the flat and curved parts meet, avoiding the colour mismatch that shows up when the two are sourced separately.

• Curved curtain walls and corners

• Curved balustrades and stairs

• Rounded shopfronts and entrances

• Decorative interior features

Send the radius, chord, height and thickness and we will confirm the bend before production. Curved and flat parts can be matched in one order.

OEM and ODM are welcome. Send your brand, logo, dimensions, finish, packing and marking requirements and we produce to your specification under your own label.

Sheets are separated with cork or EPE pads and packed in fumigation free plywood cases suitable for long sea freight, so edges arrive clean and unmarked.

Mixed sizes and thicknesses can be loaded together in one 20ft container to reduce freight cost. Delivery is about 15 to 20 days after deposit is received, and we ship to your nominated port with packing lists and shipping documents for customs clearance.

• Minimum order: one 20ft container, curved and flat mixed

• Sample piece USD 15, credited against your bulk order

• Curved faces protected and braced in fumigation free plywood cases

• Delivery 15 to 20 days after deposit is received

• Payment by T/T, 30% deposit with balance before shipment

• One year warranty covering manufacturing defects

Can I order one curved panel and flat panels together?
Yes. Curved and flat glass are matched in a single order so they meet cleanly.

How is the radius confirmed?
Send a template or drawing with radius, chord and height and we verify before production.

What is the maximum thickness?
Up to 19mm depending on radius and size. Send your details and we will confirm.

Send your radius and height and we will confirm the bend and price.

Tell us the thickness, size, quantity and destination port, and we will confirm price, packing and lead time. Samples are available for approval before you place a bulk order.
